You see.. When you registring you dont need to active you'r acount (you can use fake email), (fake login) (but password must be repeated) and all other fields are optional.. After this quik registration you can rate one video once (1 rate per video).. So then bot need to logout and register quik account again.. Remember ---> Bot can use fake email and fake login.
