Free Content Spinning Tool
Okay, there is a site for spinning content/articles for free. It is capable in making plagiarism-free articles.
So far I know this is the best automated content rewriting tool and I'm going to share this for free. Although it yields around 80-90% grammar correctness depends on the level of spin, I know this will be useful.
This is the link for the spinner.

It should appear on the second text box along with the {spin1|spin2} variations.

The script is just to add "spintax", you can make variations using Power Article Rewriter or similar softwares.

Test at spin level 5.
Original:
Quote:
The U.S. unemployment rate declined slightly in November to 10 percent, but it's still well above the most recently reported jobless rate for Colorado, 6.9 percent in October.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics reported 11,000 job losses for November, the smallest number since before the current economic downturn began, and far lower than analysts had anticipated.
The nation's unemployment rate was 10.2 percent in October, the highest level of the downturn.
In November, 15.4 million Americans were unable to find jobs, BLS said.
Paul Ashworth, senior U.S. economist for Toronto-based Capital Economics Ltd., said that while the latest federal jobs numbers are "very encouraging," the economy is still shedding jobs roughly five months after the recession was officially declared over.
"At this stage, even the so-called 'jobless' recoveries in 1991 and 2002 were generating job gains," Ashworth said. "Tight credit conditions, uncertainty about the economic outlook, state level fiscal tightening and strong productivity growth are all holding back job creation. None of these factors are likely to fade any time soon, suggesting that the labor market will continue to be this recovery's Achilles heel."
In Colorado, the unemployment rate fell slightly to 6.9 percent in October, the third consecutive monthly decline in joblessness and the lowest rate since January, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment said Nov. 20. (DBJ report.) The state will report November's jobless rate later this month.
Nationally, job losses in the construction, manufacturing, and information industries were offset by job gains in temporary help services and health care. Since the recession began, payroll employment has decreased by 7.2 million.
There were some positive changes in the hiring for some sectors, as employment in professional and business services rose by 86,000 in November.
Temporary help services accounted for the majority of the increase, adding 52,000 jobs. Since July, temporary help services employment has risen by 117,000, according to the BLS report.
Health care employment continued to rise in last month, adding 21,000 jobs, with notable gains in home health care services (7,000) and hospitals (7,000). The health care industry has added 613,000 jobs since the recession began in December 2007, according to the report.
