I　had create thousands of backlinks with xrumer and ping them, but no one accepted by Search Engine such google & yahoo. Anyone else found that?

When did you make the links?

from 2 weeks ago,sometime one or two are accepted by yahoo,but disappear a day later.

That probably means their getting deleted by the admin. I've never really used Xrhumer so i can't give you any advice but I have heard alot of people getting success from it so I assume it's still working.

1- is it forum profiles ? or threads ?

it is better to start by register forums profile whith your link

than you put new thread and insert in the thread images your nich links

I posted 200 sucs. posts yesterday and today already 20 are indexed. It all depends when and how you scrape links where to post.

I scraped the list yesterday, used around 300 keywords - use google keyword tool - insert keyword, add all and also releated keywords and write three four related keywords and copy all that google suggests, then save as text file, import to hrefer and start scraping, also sometimes it is good to use new footprints, because some might get old. Pretty much all, also spin your forum posting...

As for forum posting, question-answer system should be the best, but I have yet to discover how to scrape links that already consist of threads where I could reply, if anyone knows, let me know!
