Xrumer tutorial – How to use Xrumer for whitehat SEO

Hey guys,

There was just a PR update recently and I just noticed that some of my new sites that I've been sing this strategy on have now PR3-5 and I think its pretty amazing. They've also started to rank for decent keywords and bring in cash so my little Xrumer experiment actually worked. All of this is completely legit and will never get you banned from Google. Those sites will last years and bring me passive income which is what I’m aiming for.

The first step will be to build a nice base of somewhat legit backlinks with relevant anchor text. From 500-3000 is good (10 000+ if you want to rank for something very competitive but I don’t recommend going into such markets with new sites). You can use any whitehat method but not Xrumer itself. I suggest you spy on your competitors for that and do the same as them. Directory submissions, forum signatures and profiles, article submissions, Web 2.0 sites, etc.

Once you have a good amount of links, use Google or Bing’s webmaster tool to export and save all those backlinks into a spreadsheet. You can also use the query linkdomain:example.org -site:example.org on yahoo and save the results using the Firefox addon SEO for Firefox.

Then use Hrefer to gather a good list of websites to spam. Then start spamming some random post or text using Xrumer and put all your backlinks in rotation. Example: {http://url1.com|http://url2.com|http://url3.com|etc.}

Don’t use anchor text. Do not post more than one link per post because otherwise you will link them with each other which makes it detectable by Google.

Use a text editor like Excel and Editplus to place all the urls in the right format without it taking hours. Use the “join line” function and the “replace all” function.

That’s it. In a couple of months you’ll start getting good PR and good rankings.

I have broken those 'rules' (well except 2nd one of course!) without problems.

In fact I always using rotating anchor text with covariation to ensure right text for each link for homepage field and pulling from external text file for BBcode links.

Well first of all, why not use anchor text? What's the point in Google picking up your URLs without it's keyword that you're trying to rank for, sure, it might increase your PR, but it won't do any good for the keywords you're trying to rank for. And why are you first gathering all of your competitors backlinks and later making a fresh list with Hrefer? Why not use those links directly in xRumer? Maybe it's just me, but I've never used xRumer in these ways. Just building up links relatively gradually every day, usually spamming around 15 sites with different anchors in each post, get a good mix between PR/.EDU or .GOV/Plain Spam and I got there anyway, after 2-3 weeks.. have yet to notice a sandbox.

Ok I dont think you understand... The point is to gather your own list of urls linking to your own sites (your backlinks) then you xrum those urls to give them more link juice so more link juice to your site.

@Pobman, yeah you can break the rules but what I've found is that xruming my sites often result in a Google penalty and also my whole network of sites has been banned once so even if it wasn't because of Xrumer (which it might have been), I don't use any blackhat strategy directly on any of my sites.

Everyone does what they want it's just what I personally recommend.

In other words using doorways that preferably have PR and ranks well in SE's. I get it now

Hi Dave,

Xrumering your links is safe? In other words is it far away enough so Google won't penalize your white site?

Because all I hear about are people setting up link pyramids to sort of filter the link juice, and also to keep the spammy links as far away from your money sites as possible.

If you want even better results you can turn on agressive posting with xrumer and blast your backlinks urls to every category forums have.

i bought xrumer a few days ago.
there are some trafficresults.
before i bought the xrumer frem a guy called hellboy from securityprotect info or somthing like that, i 've lost 180 bucks, than i bought the original.
i think a mix of all linkstategies is a good way to start.

I think what people are trying to say is that if your trying to get direct traffic to your website using xrumer, sure it's possible, it just depends on what you post. But the very fact of using xrumer is blackhat. Remember, it's not the tool, it's what your doing with it that matters. A gun can be used to blow someone's head off or it can be used to pistol whip someone a couple of times. Context is key. Hope this helps.

Could you possibly give me a hand on how to do this?

What I am trying to achieve is having Xrumer pull 3 link from a file and insert them into the signature with rotating anchor text.

I am just getting started so I really don't have any clue as to how to make it work..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Erm..I don't get it? Since when is linkbuilding blackhat? I think the difference (black/white) lies in how aggressive you build your links.
