Default What do I do with my pool of writers?

So, here's the thing. I've been selecting quality content writers for about 3-4 months and I have around 60 really good writers who work for me. At the moment, I'm selecting articles on iwriter and I'm getting them written by my writers. But this is really problematic. Because iwriter expects you to complete the articles within a few hours, and there aren't many articles to chose from.
I would love to work with private clients or other websites. But I don't know how to go about it. A few people have recommended DemandStudios, but I haven't tried it yet.
Can someone here tell me where I can find private clients or any website that accepts International writers and has a higher turnaround time?

Right here, BST on BHW! :-) Just make sure your writers really write unique and HQ articles, else you wont succeed with it.
    Good luck!

Yes, I did consider BST earlier, but the competition is high. I'm actually looking for some place with a high turnaround time. I'm not sure if there are many local SEO companies that would want my services. DemandStudios looks pretty nice now. They have a high turnaround time. I've applied and I'm waiting for approval.

Demand Studios is good if you can get in. I made an easy $2,000 with them one year. They've upped their requirements since getting slammed by Google though, and they fired like 90% of their writers. I quit them before that, thankfully. It was soul-sucking work.

Regarding private clients: the trouble is, as I see it, that they don't have much respect for farmers (a derogative term for what you are) Once they realize you're not writing the content yourself and are having people from the third world (presumably) writing for you, they'll want to pay less.

I'm not really sure how to get around that. If they catch even a whiff of ESL, they'll be done with you.

I've also considred a BST, but the $120 price tag and saturated market make it kind of...meh.

Iwriter is a good thing only if you writers can complete an article in the given duration, moreover you can take only one article at a time or you need to make different IDs. Having regular clients is a good thing but you need to find someone who can give bulk work else the searching session wont ever end. There are some freelancing sites where clients keep coming up, give them quality and go for bulk orders.

You can try Freelancer or Craigslist but I'd be wary of scammers.
