The articles need to be produced as unformatted html pages with the relevant sections of the articles split with headers and we will provide the precise keywords which you must write the article about and we will be checking for similar content on the internet.

@Twixx He probably missed/forgot to add a Full Stop after, "I Can". If he did that then his sentence would have made far more sense. Having said that your comment isn't grammatically sound either. I know you'll now say, "But, I am not the one offering my content writing services". IMO we're all grown ups here, so OP can very well decide whom to hire and whom not to.
