Hello all,

As a French Canadian, English is my second language. I'm using it all the time at work and on the Internet (obviously) but I'd like to learn to write it properly.

My goal is to be more fluent to be able to write articles for my websites in proper English - grammar and structure.

Is there any websites like Khan Academy but focused on languages lessons? I'm looking for something engaging and rewarding.

P.S : As a bonus if you have any websites or books on writing content with good flow and structure, I'm a taker!

for overseas education you can contact them to write your statements. highly recommended.

Use the search tool and you will get to see a lot of places where you can learn very easily.

It's tricky to really learn what you need in order to write natural English from a course. I think what any course can give you is the nuts and bolts of sentence structure, like making subject and verb agree and so forth. What makes natural reading English is something else altogether and, speaking for myself, the way I learned to write was from reading as much as I could and then playing with it. It's more important to find your voice as a writer than it is to learn from someone else. Even in a second language.

English Club and Ego4u. Never been into English online courses but a female friend mentioned them to me as English is not her mother tongue.

Online comunity college courses are the way to go

The last time I checked, they were offering a certification course on technical writing. I think it's worth a try.
