Hello.
Was wondering if there was a legitimate article site around like associated content that offers upfront payment to non usa writers. Thanks

I don't see why any site or company would offer upfront payments, why would they?
Very possibly, if you already have a known name/reputation, but other than that, the risk is way to much and especially for non-usa...

Well after researching I have found that constant contact offers as well as some other reputable networks like breakstudios. GOOGLE and you will find..

Brighthub is open to international writers, and I think they'll pay $15 + 60% revenue share. The catch is they want "experts" in at least one topic. Check 'em out to see if what I've said about earnings is still true.

I do not think that any site will pay you upfront as most of the sites are not taking upfront payments from clients. However some may use escrow services to secure both clients and writers.

Well since he said 'Like Associated Content' I am going to assume that he means being paid for the article straight away, instead of a revenue share! There are loads, but you should start finding your own clients .. If you are good enough you will continue to get repeat custom, and will have more work than you can handle!
