I wanted to get some info on article writing. Some people make alot of money on this business. I guess it totally depends on the skill of writing. If I have an average writing skill and I rewrite articles and do not copy paste, can I sell them for $2-$3/piece?

yes you can... and if you market it well you dont even have to use words like "re-write" as far as people will see its unique. if it can pass copyscape and other tools.
