So I spun an article with TheBestSpinner.

It got about 60% uniqueness.

Afterwards I uploaded it to my site. Checked CopyScape and 3 other sites had either the original article that I spun or a spun version of that article. The articles were about 40% close to mine.

How bad is this?

Should I not post this article?

Is the article readable ? If yes, then its good.

Actually, this is something I was thinking about the other day. If you use the in built database in TBS, surely 10 people grabbing and spinning the same articles would produce similar results??

So although you are unique for a while, once other people start spinning the same article surely you are bound to have duplicates.

Or am I missing something?

The article is readable but still its annoying. I read that with the best spinner I can just click auto spin and it does everything for me... Sort of... I still had to go over everything and look at words to make sure grammar was good. I had to check a few of the spun articles. All in all it took me quite a while until I was happy with the content.

TBS does not give 100% unique content. You still need to check things manually to ensure that you get what Google wants.
