fake info ... proxy ... multiple accounts when reached limit of $600
Wordpress, PHP, Javascript, .htaccess, URL Rewriting ... you know where to come
it means no legal way!
Why you guys bothering about AC? Its dead, got an email from them yesterday stating that they are picking Featured Authors on every subject especially from USA. That means, they will screen each author and his writing style and other things. Like About.com... So, consider AC is dead...

Subject ... I didn't know that. It may mean that it will be harder but not impossible

Why would you waste your time on AC? Being from another country other than the USA will put you at an immediate disadvantage, so why not explore other options to begin. I'll suggest to you, like I have to every other aspiring writer looking to make money from articles:
Go to DP and take some time to review the "Content" and "Content Creation" threads. Take note of the types of articles that people are asking for and the subject matter. Once you've done that, pick a topic, and write. When you've got 5 articles together, make sure they read well and pass CopyScape. List them for sale at a price you choose (about $5 per to start), and just sit back.
You'll need a PP account to take payments, but I don't suppose that is the issue here. Anyhow, with each sale you make, your feedback builds, and you can easily surpass what you would have made with AC.
Just my 2 cents

lord and other guys, here is the email I got from them, but you guys did not received this email?
Associated Content has sent you the following message:
Important Announcement: As of May 1, 2010, Associated Content will be making changes to our payment system that significantly impact Contributors who are not United States taxpayers.
After evaluating our payment policies in regard to international Contributors, our legal team has determined that Associated Content must immediately start withholding a portion of all international Performance Payments pursuant to U.S. tax laws. Due to the cost involved in this process, we can only offer continued Performance Payments to international Contributors enrolled in Associated Content’s Featured Contributors program.
Contributors who are not enrolled as a Featured Contributor, or are not accepted into this program, will no longer be able to earn Performance Payments from Associated Content as of May 1, 2010. If this applies to you, you will receive a final Performance Payment on May 12, 2010 for your page views through April 30, 2010 (if your balance exceeds the current $1.50 payment threshold).
If you are not currently enrolled as a Featured Contributor, we encourage you to apply now. Please note that the program requires you to have top-notch writing skills, and a strong body of work in one of our featured topic areas. You can read all the details and apply to one of the programs here. Note: There is no deadline for applying to the program, but you will not be able to earn further payment until/unless you are accepted.
If you are accepted into the program, you will be asked to submit a United States W-8BEN tax form, enabling Associated Content to withhold earnings on Performance Payments pursuant to U.S. tax laws. In addition, your earning threshold will increase from $1.50 to $100, meaning Associated Content will only process Performance Payments when the total payment balance passes $100. The good news: As a Featured Contributor, you will receive high value assignme nts every month, and will continue earning Performance Payments on all content published.
Apply Now: http://www. associatedcontent.com/featured_contributors.html
_____________________________________
Unfortunately, those who are not accepted as Featured Contributors will be unable to earn additional Performance Payments until further notice. We sincerely apologize to all international Contributors who are affected by this. These changes are occurring for legal reasons outside of our control. We strongly value your contributions to Associated Content, and hope to expand our new Performance Payment system to additional international Contributors in the future. You will be notified again if this occurs.
If you would like to remove your content from AssociatedContent.com, please send your request to community @associatedcontent.com.

If you have any questions about how this change impacts you, please email community @associatedcontent.com.
Sincerely,
Associated Content
PS: If you are a United States legal citizen or resident, these changes will not impact you. However, you will need to submit your taxpayer identification information to us as proof of your identity. Email us for instructions.

i earn 20 a day with ac (paypal unverified).they pay me via upront payment.
sometime each article they pay $3 and sometime $5.im from japan.
i have 3 account.they not monitor IP.serious.
ac is dead. Go to constant content
A good backlink is worth a thousand words.
I think a non US member who has set up a faux US account (using a US IP) may still get upfront payments without complications, until their totals near $600. Otherwise, AC has been killed, courtesy of the IRS imposing its code (NOT binding, positive law) on people who are not even Americans in any sense. They think they have global and infinite jurisdiction over everybody on earth, to force them into reporting to them. The IRS works for the Fed (and behind them, the bankers), who want to monitor every last drop of cash being transacted, and want to presume a cut is due to them (whether it is or it isn't). Time to shift to places where the jackboots aren't stomping.

Even in that case, there are BH workarounds to retain privacy and deter tax bullying, i.e. the faux US account method. One example some people do (other variations are available):
1) For affiliates that pay by PP, set up a non US Paypal with bogus info (via fakenamegenerator). Use proxies in setting up this and other accounts.
2) Then set up a virtual US maildrop as a non US person (USA2Me lets you set up a cheap mail drop that forwards to your (faux) non-US address with no extra government paperwork). Use that address for your US accounts. If you need it to forward to a real address, set up an offshore mail drop, otherwise skip.
3) Fill out a W9 (for your US account), TYPE the name in the sig box, FAX back to the affiliate using an online faxing site.
4) Make money for a year, then come December 31, close the mail drop and PP account. Set up new faux ID and repeat. No tracking of the address is possible, because nobody ever got your actual IP or physical address.
If the affiliate pays by check, set up a cheap offshore maildrop that does forward to your real address, otherwise do the same as above. Receive checks all year, then end of the year, close both the US and offshore maildrop, rinse and repeat.
