yeah, i thought that news pieces pay an automatic $4 upfront....but lately, i noticed when i go to publish a news item, that $4 upfront option is not available....

but then, i noticed that AC's working on a new layout/theme for there site and lets you switch your current settings to the new one

once you do that, the $4 upfront option for news items reappears

lol interesting, I know they recently stopped paying the upfronts for news pieces so have you tried submitting anything to it?

yea, they've probably got something wrong with their system. The other day I claimed two assignments worth $5 each. I got a email from A*C yesterday saying that the assignments I had claimed were closed so they offered me 2 more articles worth $7 each and you could write about almost anything without any keywords. I wrote them as soon as i seem them just in case the email was a mistake.

Its a glitch .....I'm getting paid for news
