I know it doesn't but when you reach 500$ you gotta send in a Form ?
Isn't only US people that can do that ?

US affiliate and CPA networks require W8-BEN form to be submitted for foreign residents.
Actually it's fast and easy.

Other networks do not require anything. For example Neverblue Ads doesn't care, because they are in Canada.

For AC, if you have selected US as your country of residence at the time of joining then you need to send a W8 form as soon as your earning crosses $500 in a year. If you don't send the form, they stop paying you when your payment reaches $600.. You account cannot be reinstated unless you send the form .....

You'll want to submit for upfronts until you're getting close to the $500-$600 cutoff. At that point just let the account collect the small residual page view payments and don't submit to it for upfronts anymore. Start another account to submit to for upfronts, rinse and repeat.

Hmmm you're making $6K a month with AC and using a US residents W9 info? No disrespect, but that is so unlikely it's not even funny.

How many articles a month are you submitting to get that "$6K?"

How much lower are the pay rates for non us citizens?

@Anton90: If you are a non us citizen you can't receive upfront payments (means payment per article) but only performance payments (1.50usd per 1000 unique clicks on your article). You can, however, get an ac pva that makes you seem like an us citizen and makes you eligible for upfront payments (in the beginning usually between 2-4usd per article).

NO Europe has an earning cap of $499, once you attempt to go over that, all earnings will be redirected to some other country. LOL

but seriously you can earn over that amount but it requires sending in a tax form and if your using a US based account you will need a contact over there to vouch for your earnings.
