Associated Content - Page View Sources
I wish I were able to think outside the box when it comes to this making money online crap. I have one article that got 124 views in a day and I don't know how.
Does AC let us see our page view referrers? If I could see where they came from it'd help 'cause right now I'm at a complete loss when it comes to getting views for my articles.

Re: Associated Content - Page View Sources
They don't show you a referrer, but more than likely you're picking up the views from the search engines. If you've added a bunch of other AC wrters as "favorites" or become thier "fan", then the traffic could be coming from them.
We've given out some quick methods for drawing views in the "made $30" thread, including social networking with sites like Twitter, and then social bookmarking using Onlywire or Bookmarking Demon. Have you started there?
If you want in with my two favorite CPA networks shoot me a PM and I'll get you in. No cost - just don't send any CC fraud shit. Weekly payouts with $1K a week in leads

I am using Onlywire and Twitter but I'm not having any luck with people following me on Twitter. I have turned my A.C.'s profile feed into 4 so far and have submitted those using RSSBot, though. I also haven't done anything with A.C. writers, however. I'll do that tonight.
A lot of my articles have 7 or 12 views.
So my articles are getting 0-2 views a day, with the exception of that one article. It got 120 something views on the day it was published. Going with what I was reading in the thread, I figured these were bad numbers.

Hey mario, I understand completely where you are coming from. Before I jumped on AC to make money, I was doing affiliate marketing and I didn't have any idea how to get traffic. You must do some reading around first. Red gives some good advice on getting traffic using twitter and social bookmarking. Twitter is not my area of expertise so I cant comment on how effective twitter will be. However, since reading redtides thread I've started using it. I was confused at first but I'm getting the hang of it. You should read those ebooks you said you have and try to implement what others are doing. Once you have a good understanding of it, then you can use your imagination and come up with some ideas of your own.
I have a couple of ebooks on twitter traffic that arent on BHW. If you want them pm me. They aren't on the do not share list, btw.

I did read two books but they were shit, lol. Books filled with fluff I mean.
That is my major problem; I have been trying to make money online for two years and I am just now able to make some thanks to redtide. I'm just not crafty or creative enough to be able to think outside the box.
I will pm you. Thanks so much.

Well, we are on BHW so STEAL other peoples ideas! lol.
2 years is a while man. You just gotta jump in and try. Just remember practice makes perfect. So don't sit around reading and reading. Just pick a strategy and work at it. It may not always work the first time but making mistakes only helps you learn.

Sure, it can be used for all content writing sites that pay according to article views.

It's all a building process and learning experience mariopits. 2000 people aren't going to follow you back overnight. I'm not sure if you are, but I would setup multiple Twitter accounts so that you're working through the process of building up your followers all at one time. As far as adding other AC writers, I would recommend not trying to add the more "popular" content producers at AC as favorites/fans. Just add the normal everyday writers (but make sure they're still active on AC).

I know I saw a script to increase AC views somewhere on this site, anyone know where it is?

It should be in Buy/Sell section. Look for a thread started by Danny Relic
