When I opened my email a few hours ago I found out that one of my channels was not approved due to the overloading applications. I just wait for another two channels. If these two say they are full again, I must say goodbye to this website

One more question, there is a statement in Brighthub saying that I have to file a contract to the website. I am not from the US so will I need to file a contract to the website? Should I send it by mail or by email?
