Wondering if anyone can help me as I'm new to AC, I've been writing articles loosely based off other articles using the dictation method, I've about 15 articles and 10 have been accepted so far with about $1.50 being offered for all of them which is starting to piss me off, I did accept just to get things going but need a serious re-work of my method, I have already spent a lot of time reading things on here..

well, one question I have is do I need to "make a stand" so to speak and reject all further offers at $1.50, at least for a while, and re-submit later? Seems they have me pegged right now for $1.50 down the line

I saw your article before you pulled it down (that was gonna be the first thing I suggested).

First of all, try to write more eye catching titles, always add a subtitle to every article that includes your keywords. Also, try to write on topics that are going to be "evergreen", meaning they'll draw page views indefinitely (not just during a holiday). If you do submit holiday specific pieces make sure they're offering something unique and different to the subject. The more tightly focused your article is on a unique aspect of a broad niche, the higher your upfronts will be..

hey man, I appreciate your taking the time to respond, I'm planning to buy your ebook soon once I get my new paypal acct up since I was banned from paypal a while ago so have to jump through a few hoops to get a new acct but no big deal... thanks, will check the link, also the other 9 articles or so that I submitted after this one were not on holiday specific topics, they were about like (removed due to prying eyes), etc but think I will get back to the drawing board, anyways I'm excited about this method and looks like it has some good potential

A specific question I have is, does the keyword that the article is about need to be one that is getting decent search traffic on the google keywords tool? I just kind of assumed this which sort of led me to pick broad topics since I figure if a topic isn't getting at least a few thousand searches a month on google it wouldn't be worthwhile but I think I have erred in thinking this? I think any info relating to the relevancy to google keywords wold help newbies to AC, thanks

You're on the right track because it was grammatically well written, you just need to fine tune some things that are covered in length in the thread I gave you.

Btw, I'm glad you were quick to realize that posting up a link to your AC account was bad news, they watch these boards pretty religiously.
