I would, if it were my company.

And yes, they could sue you.

If you are referring to constant-content what usually happens is that most of the writers have google alerts and as soon as they find one of their articles has been copied and posted, the people from support contact AC and the articles are removed and the account banned.
You should really at least try to rewrite the work, that way no one can hold you accountable for anything. Otherwise all writers would be sued for copyrighting issues because the ideas are the same, it's just the words that are different.

It's unlikely they would go to the trouble of taking legal action against you, but like Leila said, the rule of thumb is to get used to rewriting the content (especially if you're looking to build longterm income with your AC accounts).

cover your ass using proxies and other methods (throwaya paypal acct) and use it on a throwaway AC $600 max acct... definitely not something you want your name tied to but if you cover your tracks they aren't going to be able to find you, at least not easily and would give up

You can be sued for copyright infringement. The more money they think you've made off their work, the more likely they are to sue.

The short answer is ... Yes!

The long answer is still... Yes!

If I'm that company, I will go after you, find you, ... and make you rewrite all the stuff on my site. That'd be the best punishment for you and I'd take pleasure at seeing you slog! If you don't want this, then learn how to re-write effectively.
