AC question? Might be ridiculous....

Ok so I have been logging in here alot lately. Last few days almost all my AC articles are being denied or offered ridiculously low offers like $1.50, though I did get 1 $4 offer. I know this sounds stupid but can AC track recent browsing history from cookies or anything like that? Someone please answer, I told ya it might sound ridiculous?! But maybe it's a coincidence. I know Ebay can track browsing history and Paypal to an extent, or so I've been told, so maybe I am being denied because of this? I did not clean cookies, close out of BHW or sign out, thanks.
