I read the TOS and it looks ok. Basically as long as you don't fraud them and send them fake leads you're good. Which we don't do here so that's fine!

I imagine since he's offering it here he knows some of our methods.

I would love to know this too, if traffic like from social networks or other methods is accepted by this affiliate network. Fake leads, click fraud of course not.

I joined vobucks couple of days ago but I am having some seriouse problem with it. When ever I try to download the suppression list, I get following message:

nternal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sup.vobucks.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
