Ads from clickbooth

I joined this network today .. seems quite impressive to me. Their affiliate program is not very attractive and the pay out is just 2% of what your referred publisher earns.

Was wondering about that.. This is from the rules:

14- Absolutely ZERO advertising allowed for any type of affiliate program within ALL of our forum topic sections.
I don't care if you are some giant affiliate network or even the smallest merchant. We have an affiliate programs section for this, and if you are caught doing it outside that area thread/post will be removed, and we will issue you a strict warning or a temp ban. Affiliates are allowed to ask "would you use this and that" but if it seems to spammy, we're going to investigate it, and you will likely end up with a violation of our rules and possibly banned. Seriously, we are getting strict about this, so don't test us unless you really want to lose your account and program credibility.

They owed me a ton of money, they pick and choose when and who to pay, and if its big earnings they tend to find bullshit reasons not to pay you.

They are rippers, google them and youll find a ton about them RIPPING FUCKS.
