Good Off-Network Affiliate Programs?

I'm looking for a few good affiliate programs (niche is irrelevant) that don't run their program through an affiliate network? Preferably ones that aren't too picky about traffic source. (yes, I know this is what everyone wants, but worth a try)

Any ideas?
