Actually i am somewhat newbie in affiliate marketing so i want to setup WordPress affiliate website and I want to list several offers of commission junction and other affiliate networks.So my questions are

1-Is Google penalize me for creating such website ?
2-What is the best plugin used to put affliate link so search engines will not penalize me .I just found Easy Affiliate plugin .what you suggest ?
3- Somewhat technical - can i rename anchor tag text of my CJ offers so it will not duplicate with other websites offers ? or is it CJ TOS ?
