Affiliate income on recommending Apps

Hi
I'm struggling to get my head around Apps. Clearly with forecast of $38billion market by 2015 its something worth having a dabble in. I can't c+ program, don't want to pay the Apple fee or anyone else to develop Apps for me. But I do have sites with traffic so could see referring traffic to apps if there was money to be made.
Is anyone making money from recommending apps? Is there a good affiliate network which has apps where affiliate gets earnings on purchases not just app download?

You are correct, we are on the cusp of an explosion of apps that will integrate our electronic devices and there is a new app to be soon introduced that will do exactly this. It is free to the masses, but there is a way for us marketers to monetize from it. It hasn't been released yet, so the details are not public, but if you sign an NDA you can get more details.
