Ive got an email list of just raw emails that are all 100% active, say I have 5000 raw emails, what is its worth?

What are the subscribers worth?

A list of 5000 people who don't buy anything is worth $0.
A list of 5000 people who all are looking to buy stock tools/services is priceless.


Only way to find out is to determine the demographic, what they want, what they don't want and how to target them the best. Only then after you test the response can you determine cost.

Some do. If you're trying to sell it then maybe $15 if that. All you have are emails. Would be worth more if the list had lots of known buyers, a demographic, location, first+last name and other valuable information to both bypass spam filters and sell products.
