Help on affiliate hosting website

Hi I am a new to hosting affiliate marketing..... I am facing many problem to promoting my site with the affiliate link. Can anybody tell me how can I promote the site I have very new nice offers about 20%-70% discount on regular price.....
If anybody know any forums to post my hosting site link then it well be great for me.....
I don't want to spam the forums so I need forums list what accept my affiliated hosting website....
