Does anyone know if blanking the ref for amazon makes your clicks not count as click on the order sheet but still gives you credit for purchases? My clicks went down a lot(I didn't switch all of my links) after I switched to blanking and now I'm getting 25%+ conversion compared to my old 6%.

Do you mean cloaking? If so, you'll get banned from amazon.

Amazon changed their TOS a while ago - and I am pretty sure the rule is that if they can't see where the traffic is coming from you get banned.
