Has this happened to anyone else? Today my account was randomly closed under suspicion, but do they really have the right to ban someone without proof? I know I have not done anything that goes against the terms. I recently have been making $30-$50 a day with ChaCha and it was going to help me with my schooling. Could the large amounts of money I'm making be the reason they suspect something? (My Twitter account has gotten very popular in the past month, and I've been making large amounts of money ever since.) So, here's the email they sent me, the funny thing is I had to ask them what happened to my account, they didn't even notify me of the ban.

We have determined the traffic derived from your affiliate ID does not adhere to our clean traffic standards - this does not mean you are a scammer, but in order to protect ChaCha and our advertisers we must react when suspicious information is obtained.
You are responsible for all traffic derived from your personal affiliate account as referenced in section four of the ChaCha Affiliate Terms & Conditions: "You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of Your password and any use of or action taken under Your account and password on the Service Platform."
As a result of this information, your account has been permanently deactivated per section six of the ChaCha Affiliate Terms & Conditions. "We reserve the right to monitor all web activity and may determine at our sole discretion whether any Traffic is fraudulent or suspect. You will not receive any fees for fraudulent Traffic as determined by Us. Should you violate any of the Policies We may refuse to pay Traffic Fees and may block your account or terminate this Agreement at Our sole discretion."
Can they really ban me without proof that I have been committing fraudulent acts? It's not my fault if my Twitter account is so popular and gets large amounts of traffic per day, I do not understand how they can ban people permanently without having some kind proof.
