I have a website and I want to include a CPA/CPL offer, im looking for something that is quick and easy like name, email and post/zip code submit as apposed to a sale.

Im confused with 3 things.

1. Which network(s) should I join? The choice seems endless so a recommendation would be useful (remember im looking for a network that offers email submits etc)

2. Im really not sure how mechanics of these things work. When the user clicks a button on my website for instance does it open a window requesting the information?

3. Roughly what kind of commision would I expect from an email/zip submit?

For email submits Peerfly and Maxbounty have a lot.
For Commission it all depends on where the traffic is coming from.
USA / UK / Canada tend to have the biggest, usually around $1 - $1.80
