I have a niche site in a specific industry, and want to sign up for an affiliate program where I get paid for job leads. I've currently come across two:

Do any of you guys have experience with either of their affiliate programs? Any others you recommend?

I was looking more for something where it would show job listing in my niche; not so much CPA or anything. Thanks though.
