I am wondering if anyone would be interested in an affiliate program for high end New York City real estate. I am a top agent in NYC and I would pay out a finder fee as a commission on any sale. You would get 25%-35% of my commission.

Let me give the breakdown on a typical sale assuming we close at $10,000,000 and a 3% cobroke commission would mean you would be pocketing $105,000. You can double that number if its not a cobroke. Isn't this a better payout than any CPA offer ?

If you can rank for competitive keywords and keywords with little competition you will make a mint. The market in New York right now exploding with Russian and Chinese buyers. These foreign language keywords are very easy to rank and my staff speaks both languages. This a golden opportunity to capitalize on the booming luxury market in New York. Please PM me for details.

I'd say the same thing...

However I'm not an expert so to speak but definitely 10 mil cribs don't sell online. It would probably be a great idea to advertise a 10 million $ house online, but then you'd need to have the client on the phone.

There type of transactions don't happen online, lmao that's for sure....


So how are we affiliates supposed to be paid?

It should be a tracking, but tracking done by cellphone definitely.
For example a cell number that redirects to a brokers cellphone and logs the incoming calls as long as 10 mil house is not going to be purchased by e-mail. But how you are going to track a moment of purchase, that's another question. It's much more easier for us, marketers to become an independent top real estate brokers and handle 100% of brokers commission, at least you know that all your leads are coming to your pocket.

I don't know about you guys, but when shopping for a mansion that is not in your local area, you absolutely search online. Not 'only' online of course, but you do go online just to get a rough sense and find some information and contacts. I live in california and have been dreaming of buying my first mansion at a lower cost (less than 3 mil), so I searched online in places like arizona or even costa rica and found a lot sources.

I know this is the case for CA hence the reason I have a license.

recommend you marketers find an agent to partner with so that you get your dough stright from the title company. you'll only get 25% of 3% -but otherwise the agreement is not enforceable. i used to sell walgreens building in nyc, but since leaving the country that is how i do it now.

It is not illegal for him to pay for traffic, leads, or etc. For him to pay a commission on a closing to someone who is not licensed is illegal and could open a whole can of worms.

This can easily be done using a standard lead selling system.

Set up a lander with a paid 1800 number, track each call, and reroute the call directly to the OP during his standard work hours.
Have an opt-in form, track it, and forward to his inbox.

Tracking leads is easy enough that way. From there you just keep in touch and watch the properties you're promoting. If/When they sell, you should expect a commission.

People don't but $10 mil homes themselves, they have investment consultants, brokers and agents who do it for them, so I think this is a missed opportunity. It could work though if you were to set up a website selling luxury items (homes in this case) such as JamesList, and put the realestate offer up there, so you can track your leads, in this case it MIGHT work.

Paying for a hot lead takes place BEFORE the sale; but you offer a chunk of your commision after the sale. How should tracking work from a distance.
