i want to start a new project to make money with clickbank or amazon kindle, my idea is:
Write an ebook, (i want some suggestion for the topic)
Creation of a minisite and LSI letter
apply for clickbank vendor and submit my project.
My questions are:
How much difficult is to sell your product?
Some suggestions?

Actually making a living and attracting affiliates is the hard part - it ain't easy and you'll notice most vendors giving up.

I would suggest that you choose a topic that you have some interest in. Sports is always a good choice. Yes you can make some serious cash with Clickbank. The Key thing is to get as many high quality backlinks as you can.

I think a good topic is also recipes, what do you think?

it depend on what strategy you choose for attracting clients, I agree to topic as well as it also play an important role in to attract affiliates.
