Top FREE & EASY Tracking Software?

I know about Prosper202 (and Tracking202 shut down obviously) ... but are there better alternatives to tracking CPA offers than Prosper202? I'm looking for comprehensive tracking software. Any suggestions?

If there is one, I haven't found it. Prosper is easily the best FREE tracking software that I've used. There are obviously much nicer paid options though.
