Amazon Associates Program Roadblock

Well I was about to sign up to Amazon Affiliate program when i received a message that I cannot sign up because my address shows that I am a CT resident. One more reason for me to hate this state.

Well, I know there must be a way to get around this. That's why I'm asking.

See I just learned of a new method that involves getting into Amazon Affiliate program and now It seems like I've hit a wall. :ballchain

Do I need get a new IP address and create a PO Box address in another state?
And how does amazon pay? through mail or paypal?

Sorry for the noobish question, I've never used amazon for anything other than purchasing.

Amazon pays via Gift Card or Check, no Paypal. Your best bet would likely be sending checks to a family member or creating the P.O box. Either way, you'll want a proxy for account management, especially if you're using a P.O Box.

Can i use my name with this PO.BOX or should i use someone elses seeing that i have another NONE affiliate account with Amazon?
Don't want to set off any red flags.
