a scam doesn't necessarily mean you'll lose money you invested.
investing time and hoping to get commissions that you'll never get is also considered as being scammed. Let's say what they're doing is a great way to collect emails and personal information in the naking money niche, and without doing anything- their poor affiliates, working for their so called future revenue, make is all for them in a viral way...
