Reading the story it appears that Adscend Media isn't really doing anything wrong. The issue isn't that they are content locking information and downloads, it's that people are not getting what's promised.....and that people are click jacking the like button.

The lawsuit should be against Black Hatters!! lol. Ha ha. Legislation is so behind the 8-ball on all of this, that they have no idea what they are doing.

I think Adscend can easily beat this, because their TOS and other warnings and agreements are in place.

What this will mean for us, is a much more strict adherence to these policies from all CPA networks across the board. Now might also be a good time to invest in CLP2, if you haven't already.
