I'd like to know what recruiters / agents are looking for in a site. I own a camsite called SeeMe. Traffic and paying customers are good, it's the good models that I could use some help on.

Right now we're looking into having recruiters bringing in new, active models and wanted to know what we could do to best facilitate that.

Do you need Asia models?

If their english is decent enough, sure.

Not bashing you OP but with only 1 post, I can't see anyone sending anything decent your way.

No offense taken of course. I guess it was kind of presumptuous of me to just come in and ask. I'll get some activity in and ask again

If someone is looking to help me out, thanks. I basically don't care where the models come from as long as they speak decent english.

I can't find an affiliate program. Most models will come through webmaster recruitment. I would suggest starting one.

we are a bit different than other start up webcam sites because we are extremely well funded and have many years experience in the webcam business..

you can see if you goto our site that we already have about 30 models online and almost 100,000 free users and 10,000s of paid users so far and have only been online for two months

i think you website needs to be more user friendly. The private chat (PM) system is rediculous in the way that it shows all comments in the same chat window. By the time a model has 5 pm's the window is full and some messages have moved out of view. The model is forced to stare at the chat 100% of the time to be able to keep up. Look at the chat and pm system chaturbate has and you will see a system that works because each pm conversation has it's own window and the model can go back and read what was said before. Also, redo your homepage, it is rediculous. There is not a single button to get you to the 'live online models'. Instead we have to go through an advanced search to get to the 'who is online' page? it's a bad design. Secondly change your streaming technology. Cams with slower internet connection that work well in chaturbate fail to open in your site or show with huge delays or constant freezing. Models are unhappy and leave after a while because no one tips for black screens or frozen cam feeds.

Start an affiliate program and we will send you the hotties you need.

There are model sites where models go to find work. Model mayhem, one model place ect. And you can filter through to see models willing to take nudes. It cuts out the models that will waste your time. Not that I've used this. But some of my friends get hit with these methods all the time. Must mean its working or ppl wouldnt be repetitively harassing them.

can you post the prices you will be paying the models ?
