I need help to decide on a affiliate network which has "Daily Deals" and "e-commerce (member only)" lead generation offers for USA and rest of the world.

What I need in the network is that it should pay at least Net 30.

So all kind of suggestions are welcome.

ewa and cj affiliate network work good for me. For US I recommend to use EWA. It is very effective out there in my opinion.
