I've got a lot of twitter followers and would like to send out "generic" affiliate links occasionally. In other words, I'd like to send out links for great deals, holidays and some of the other things that might be appropriate. (I'm in a health niche.) NOTE: I'm already selling pretty good on my site with Amazon affiliate sales but am looking to ramp it up with my twitter followers.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Of course, I'm looking for ways to do this without being to "in your face".
