I was wondering if its possible, and advisable to promote CPA offers directly without a site or blog? I want to move into CPA, but am new to all of this, and have zero experience on sites etc.
I hear you can directly drive traffic to your offer, but need a tracking system in place?? How can you do this directly and what is a tracking system?

Most Networks want to see a webiste,a professional email address,phone number etc with so much fraud out here they want to make sure affiliates are legit good luck

you can use twitter, that's a good place for those kind of offers.
there are some cpa networks that will approve you without a site, you'll just have to explain and maybe proove your traffic sources
