I'm doing this twitter thing and i would like to promote products from amazon, shareasale, clickbank and CJ in a slick way (lol), is there away to make the affiliate link not to look like a affiliate link?

You can always use a linkshortener like tinyurl. Then they will look like

tinyurl(dot)com/abc123

Use WP plugin called Pretty Links. You long ugly affiliate link will look like this

EX: www yourdomain.com /product-name

Hide your affiliates links with this plugin

Use http://zcu.be to shorten your links. The links are currently in the format zcu.be/XX because it is a fairly unknown shortener so it is perfect for tweets with the character limit.
