I had been promoting Aff from last 4 years but never had a chargeback. recently I was shocked to see one. what shocked me was that a chargeback just appeared on my stat for $125. but I never made any sale for that amount.how can their be a chargeback without a sale.
the second thing that shocked me was they deducted $125 from my commission that I had earned from other sales.
I have affiliate accounts with other companies too but they never do that. they just take back the commission that they paid you for that particular sale and if you have more chargebacks they cancel your account.

I just want to know if this is how it works with aff ?

Maybe the total of commissions paid for recent charge backs was $125. Contact their support to ask for explanation. We can't answer it fully for you. I have had a charge back from them and they only deducted the commission paid.

That is odd. I get charge backs from time to time but only for whatever my commish was.
Contact your AM. If you don't have one and you're just in the general pool, you're going to have a hard time getting a reply but you will eventually.

non of the sales totals that amount. I have sent them two mails but they never replied. it being Christmas and new year they might be off.

I have an AM but I don't know what the f**k is wrong with her she never replies. so this is odd. I thought may be thats how they do things.

i have the same problem with Adult friend finder ..and i send message to them and now my account it will be review by abuse team..take care!!

I've been an aff affiliate for many years and the chargebacks can come at any time even for very old sales. They are usually costly as well, guess a person that has access to stolen plastic won't think twice when it comes to getting a one year 125 dollar signup.

The typical sale you make, is actually valued at $125. So you have to pay back the other things that they paid for. Example: Any models time, any membership fees, the processor fee for charging it back, etc.
