Looking for a legit adult webcam network to join!! HELP!

i have about 5 live models right now and 1 thats been doing it for over a year now. would it be worth to set it up? my weekly payments are horrible with internetmodelling. i get 15-40$ a week only.

So let me get something straight? You've got five models (I take it you mean people you've actually met/persuaded to get into cam modelling) and you're making $15-40 a week.
In that case, you should definitely look into becoming an interim party and taking say, 20% of all their earnings with a requirement to work x amount of hours per week minimum (+ what @bhbeer30 said, it's probably better if they can't really see how much they're earning through the cam site's stats).
If, however, you're just referring people through a link, you should apply something similar, but it may not be as easy.
The only downside, is you need some way of masking the fact they can simply directly sign-up to the site and model without a cut; for example you'll do X and Y to promote them which they wouldn't usually get.

dude if you live in US, go to Backpage.com in one of their adult sections there care companies looking for webcam models, the models can make up to $20,000 monthly if they are good,

I own a webcam site and we pay models 60% commisions. Studios set their percentage and we can pay your models for you then send you your percentage.
you can try awempire, register as webmaster, refer the models and it's all done..they handle the payments so you don't worry about that, also you should drive traffic to your models for greater income.
