First question: Does anyone know which affiliate company is sponsoring the ads on topmoneyreview.0rg and similar sites? Also do these networks provide the templates for these programs?

Second question: Can anyone tell me which companies sponsor the paid to click ads? I am thinking of starting this type of site and I'd like to know which companies to apply to.

I am working with lead point right now and azoogle as well as a few others and I am looking for a way to get my profits up so that I can go with some sort of media buying here in the near future.
