Affiliate Guide for Newbies

So I search and couldn't seem to find this posted already, but if it is already somewhere I apologize. This is from a guy called NickyCakes on the WickedFire forums. I've seen that this guy has hated on BHW in the past and taken some flak (deserved). I still found this helpful for me as someone new to IM.
