Ezine .info redirect hosting?

Wats up guys and dolls, I am about to get started with some article marketing on Ezine/articlebase, I will be promoting ClickBank products. I have a few questions before I jump in if you would be so kind as to tell me whats what.

1. I have read over and over that I will need to buy a .info url and redirect it to my HopLink but do I need to have this .info hosted somewhere in order to redirect it? If so am I able to use one of those free hosts?
2. Also I know that Ezine checks articles manualy (what about articlebase?) so do they deny your article when they click on it and find themselves redirected to a sales page? Will I need to fool them by having a regular website up than after approval redirecting it to my affiliate link?
3. Do I need to be established at either of these websites before i start tacking aff links to all of my articles? thats obviously the only reason i will be contributing to their websites.
4. And finally what would be the best way to promote these articles to #1? I will be using keywords throughout them and backing them up with 2.0 pages and scrapebox blasts but is their anything else i could be doing?
