A few questions regarding Amazon aff

3. Not even close. Amazon pays a flat, tiered commission with certain exclusions (i.e. electronics, which caps @ 4%). Marketplace sellers may have different rules and requirements. But Amazon, with very few exceptions, doesn't cap individual commissions. And when they do it's typically a percentage cap.
 
1. Yes. You have to mention them (the logo) only if you're using the API and displaying their data like product descriptions and stuff. More info in the help section on amazon aff program page.

2. Yes, as long as he didn't clicked on somebody's else aff link within those 24 hours.

3. No limit in the amount of money. If you sell a $10,000 diamond, you make a lot of money :) Limits are as percentage from product price and depend on number of sold products. Affiliate rate is between 4% to 8.5%. All electronics are capped at 4% regardles of volume u sell.

also with regards to point 1... I will be using unique content, i will not copy reviews or any content or pictures. this will be totally unique. Do i still have the have the amazon logo on my money site?

I think computers (like a PC) is capped at $20 or $25 commission, I sold a few a while ago and was wondering why the commission on them was less the 4%.
