Hey guys I signed up for Smart E Offers which is mostly educational offers and sent them some traffic, earned about $3k. Then my affiliate manager tells me that i've been pulled from the campaign at the advertisers request with no mention of why.

They are supposed to pay net 30, when I didnt receive payment I asked the aff manager why I havn't received payment and he responded that the advertiser hasn't payed up and that the advertiser wants to scrub some of the leads or some bullshit. I've never had this happen before. Is there anything I can do to get my money?

You're basically shit out of luck. If they don't pay, out them and drag their name through the mud. That's assuming the leads / traffic were legit.

If they're paying net30 they've already had plenty of time to scrub.

I'm normally pretty wary of hasoffers programs though...

This is why it's best to spread your earnings out to different networks/advertisers.

Especially if you are involved in any type of blackhat marketing.

They were legit leads, I think that the advertiser doesn't want to pay just because the leads were not converting for them, but that isn't grounds for non-payment me thinks. Ya fortunately I did spread my earnings and it was only about 25% of my earnings for the month.

Thanks for the responses

I think the problem there is, whether Smart E Offers is legit or thrust worthy affiliate network, that you can say only from looking at their homepage.
