Zango askin me questions

well...i applied for zango and after a couple weeks of no news making me think i wont be accepted, there is this mail asking me all these things:

To approve your account I need to make sure it is in compliance with our affiliate agreement and guidelines.

1- Please provide your address, phone number, primary e-mail, confirmation that you are over 18 and hold administrative rights the website you signed up.

2- How do you plan on using ZangoCash?

Do all of you guys get these questions? coz i ve never heard of anyone talking about these here

Also is it ok give them all those proofs? And as for the second question what do i say?
I actually plan on using premiumsource's sidereel method.

Is it ok to tell them that?
