what methods were you using to promote? that letter means that you are not getting paid, and the only thing you can do is dispute the ban.

I Used adwords for Months.

yeah, as far as i'm aware, you can't advertise on any first-tier search engines (google), so you don't really have a pull and you're just gonna have to take the loss. if you check the bottom of the email they sent, you can find the email address for disputing your ban.

Did you use eBay's name in your adwords ad?

You are not going to get paid and you are not going to get unbanned.

You need to understand this and try to move on. Realise your mistake and learn from that mistake.

well using ebay on adwords is a big no no, for them it drives up their costs to bid on their own keywords and actually costs them a lot of money. they wont be paying you your 3k.

I thought you just could not use direct search for PPC (in other words use adwords and have a direct link to your affiliate page)

your 3k is most likely history and dispute will be denied.
Only way you will get a second look is if you have a lawyer send a letter.
If you do not have one, get a prepaid legal package and have them send or forward your dispute letter.

They might consider it easier to pay you to go away at that point.
