You can try the web hosting affiliates I think they pay the highest. If you want easy to promote affiliates then you should go for adult dating affiliates. They make easy money and there are a lot of methods discussed here in the forum which can give you a kick start.

hostgator.com pays 50USD for each signup ... but as said ... watch big IM launches of the gurus they often pay up to 600USD commission and they do good preselling
